Certain products, including but not limited to the Gaia Command Node and other power-enabled systems, are considered deployment-grade equipment and may require specialized handling, delivery, or setup.
We reserve the right to limit sales by region, customer, or order size.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
Payment must be received in full before products are shipped unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Gaia Shield is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.
Certain products may require freight, ground-only shipping, or specialized delivery due to size, weight, or battery components.
