Shipping Policy

At Gaia Shield, we ship both consumer emergency gear and advanced deployment-grade systems. Shipping methods vary depending on the product.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom, configured, or high-demand products may require additional processing time.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Products (Go Bags & Accessories)

  • Standard Shipping: $8 (orders under $70)
  • Free Shipping: orders $70+
  • Express Shipping: $15

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

Premium Equipment (Command Node / Power Systems)

Due to size, weight, and integrated power components, these products ship via:

  • Ground Freight
  • Specialized Carrier
  • White-Glove Delivery (where available)

Shipping costs are calculated separately or quoted based on location.

3. Local Delivery

In select regions, Gaia Shield may offer:

  • local delivery
  • setup coordination
  • deployment support

Availability varies by location.

4. International Shipping

Consumer Products

International shipping is available for select products:

  • Standard International: flat rate or calculated at checkout
  • Delivery times vary by destination

Customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties
  • taxes
  • import fees

Deployment-Grade Equipment

Products such as the Gaia Command Node are not automatically available for international checkout.

For international orders of these systems:

Customers must request a delivery and deployment quote.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may be restricted from air shipping due to battery or safety regulations. These items will ship via ground or approved methods only.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Provide order number and supporting photos

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Gaia Shield is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned:

  • additional shipping and handling fees may apply
  • refunds may be reduced accordingly

9. Shipping Delays Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carriers
  • weather
  • customs processing
  • global logistics disruptions
